Our Team

Clara Autumn Speigle

Florida Registered Paralegal

Clara Autumn Speigle has worked as a paralegal for our firm since November 2010. She credits Mr. Vigodsky for helping her to develop her skills and making her a better paralegal. Prior to that, she spent 27 years working for an attorney who helped her grow into the person she has become. Clara is dedicated and loyal, and it is her goal to help people transition through the roughest challenges they may face in their life. When she sees a client come in for the first time, many are confused and feel as if their life is in shambles. At the end of the case, if she sees that they have grown and conquered the challenges and become empowered to control the next phase of their life, she feels she has done her job well. According to Clara, “sometimes you may be dealing with other people’s tragedies, but if you can make a difference in their life – by making the burden easier for them – it gives you a sense of fulfilling God’s purpose for your life.”

Clara is a member of the First Pentecostal Church. She loves her church family and the way they have helped her grow into a more loving person who always tries to think about others’ needs. Clara worked for the Blues Foundation in Memphis in the past, and she still loves the Blues and the many friends she made in the music industry. These days, as Clara begins to slow down, her focus is on God, her husband, and her dogs. They love to travel and spend time in nature on hikes looking at waterfalls and other natural wonders. She is blessed to have found a partner in life who shares the same interests and believes that life is filled with fun when you share it with someone who loves you as much as you love them.

Sharon Tarter

Senior Legal Assistant/Office Manager

Sharon Tarter is a problem solver and support system for both our clients and our office. She joined our firm in May 2012 as a Senior Legal Assistant/Office Manager. Sharon is incredibly dedicated and always available to help our clients with any stage of their case and feels that the most rewarding aspect of her job is being able to help them through this process during a difficult time in their lives, whether it be family law or criminal defense.

Sharon’s been married 43 years and has raised 3 amazing sons who have given her 5 wonderful grandchildren. In her free time, she enjoys spending as much time with her family as possible as well as reading, sewing, and painting. Her family loves having pets around – they have dogs, cats, and even some reptiles!

Haylee Garner

Receptionist/File Clerk

Haylee is a dynamic individual currently serving as the Receptionist/File Clerk at Vigosky Law office. Anticipating her graduation in May 2024, she will soon hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focused concentration in Marketing. With aspirations of pursuing law in the near future, Haylee brings a blend of business acumen and legal interest to her current role.

Her Type A personality and highly organized nature serve her well in the fast-paced environment of the law office, making her an integral part of the Vigosky team.

Fueling her busy life is a steadfast addiction to Starbucks, where she finds solace in the hustle and bustle of her day. Beyond her professional pursuits, Haylee is a proud owner of two lovable Labrador Retrievers – one chocolate and one black.
